Smoothie Bowl Ideas That Will Make You Feel Amazing
Smoothie bowls are absolutely delicious and more nutritionally dense. It takes only 7-10 minutes to make, and you can add your favourite toppings.
Smoothie bowls are a thicker version of smoothies served in a bowl, especially when you top up with game-changing ingredients, like hemp seeds, nut butters, sunflower seeds, granola, fresh berries...
Super Green Bowl Smoothie:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- juice from 1/2 a lime
- 1 tbsp. Hemp seeds
- 1/2 small avocado
- a good handful of baby spinach leaves
- 50 - 70 g coconut water or plant based milk
- 2 tsp. of Super Greens Powder (for more nutrients)
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and add toppings of your choice.
Energy Smoothie Bowl:
- 1 frozen banana- half ripe pear
- quarter of honey melon
- dash of Soya milk
- 2 tsp of Energy & Vitality Superfood blend
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and add toppings of your choice.
Refreshing Very Berry Bowl:
1/2 frozen banana
A handful of berries
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp of Beauty Glow
You can then experiment with ingredients and make these bowl the way you like.
